CloudConnect Services Ltd. was founded in 2024 by three industry veterans, Steve, Michael, and Calum (see profiles), with a mission to deliver exceptional IT Service Management (ITSM) and develop a cutting-edge, fully cloud-hosted application for extracting data from inbound business documents with 100% character accuracy.

Our ITSM division is powered by a team of experienced DevOps professionals, developers, and operations specialists. We offer fully managed services or expert consultancy to enhance your existing data extraction solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

As a solution reseller, we represent leading solution providers, offering advanced tools for data extraction, workflow automation, invoice and order processing, tax compliance (CTC), dynamic discounting, and supply chain financing.

Our proprietary software development focuses on a generative AI-powered, Microsoft Azure-hosted service designed to extract data from any document or file format in any language. With AI-driven setup, our solution ensures rapid deployment, delivering 100% character accuracy, robust data validation, enrichment, and automated export in the required format to downstream applications (FMS, ERP, BPM, or DMS).
